Testimonials
"I recently met with Shannon over zoom for help with debilitating anxiety. My first session with Shannon was profound. I was having a panic attack that when we rated it on a scale of 0-10 (o-being no anxiety at all and 10 being my symptoms were not only in the mind but in my body) I gave myself a 12. My hand was tingling, I felt dizzy, and my thoughts were out of control. I wasn’t even sure what I was thinking about, I was just out of control. Within 20 minutes Shannon facilitated me through techniques that brought me down to 0. Over my next sessions we just practiced techniques, cleared trauma that I didn’t realize was an issue and focused on what I wanted my life to look like. I am so grateful I came upon Shannon’s page and took the chance with her. My life is forever changed and I now know how to control how I feel and I don't feel anxious anymore."

“I am someone who has always prided myself with having it “all together”, and to the outside world, it would appear as though this were true. However, more and more over the past year I was finding myself feeling like I was stuck, and something was missing. I was also noticing that I was easily irritated and stressed out about so many things but couldn’t quite put my finger on why. Being the independent (insert stubborn) person I am, I decided I needed to do something to tackle these feelings head-on. After much thought, I decided maybe, just maybe, I needed some help. When I think back on some of the things I have accomplished in my life, most, if not all involved someone coaching me along the way. Whether it was the teacher that helped me to finally figure out that math equation, my parents who always cheered me on or my CrossFit coach convincing me pick up the barbell one more time, having those people behind me is what got me to where I am today. So why not approach this area of my life in the same way? I reached out to Shannon after hearing about her services from a friend and haven’t looked back since. After only a short amount of time, I started to notice small changes in my thought process. Just catching myself in a negative thought or spiral and reframing and putting into perspective. This practice and mindset has started carrying over into my conversations and life narrative and although I must continue to put in the work, it has definitely been life altering. I highly recommend Shannon and Superior Manifestations.”

“When I first met Shannon from Superior Manifestations, I wasn't sure what was causing my anxiety. I have experienced anxiety off and on for most of my adult life, but never addressed why. I was so overwhelmed and didn't know where to start. I was a ball of nerves at our first meeting, but Shannon was so welcoming and quickly put me at ease. I walked away from my first session feeling hopeful and courageous.
After a bit more work Shannon was able to help me prioritize my values. She showed me how much time I was wasting on things that ultimately were not important to me. She gave me the tools I needed to refocus my energy and taught me how to replace negative, untrue thoughts. This has changed my life.”

A few more things you might find interesting about me….
I am a highly motivated person with a Type “A” personality.
My type “A” personality today vs my type “A” personality in the past differs greatly. Prior to having a positive and productive mindset my type “A” personality, mirrored perfectionism in everything, I did from sports, to school, being a wife and parent and in my work life. I was always anxious and exhausted trying to meet my own expectations. I drove others crazy.
Once I learnt to let go of the idea of “perfect” life became easier and my anxiety subsided. I now have more control over my life because I control my mind and my inner being. I know what I want and I allow the process to occur instead of needing it right in the moment.
My first baby was stillborn.
In 2013, my life was shattered when I heard the news that our son had a lethal genetic disease called Osteo Genesis Imperfecta. After delivering Michael my world turned upside down. Depression, anxiety, hurt, pain! I no longer had a desire to live.
Once the pain eased a little, I was able to see light. My spirituality sparked and I began looking for good things in my life again. Not a day goes by that I don't think about our little boy, however, if this incident had not happened I would not be who I am today. I would not be helping others in the way I do. I am grateful to have had Michael a part of me for almost 6 months and I am even more grateful for the gifts he gives me today.
Crohn's disease has been a challenge in my life, however, I don't identify as someone with the disease.
Through my mind, I have been able to control many aspects of this disease. Prior to gaining control over my thoughts, I spent many days in the hospital, I had a couple near death experiences and have been immobilized for periods of time. By manifesting and changing my mindset, the effects of this disease are minimal for me today.
I am a survivor of a body dysmorphic disorder.
When I was pre-teen/teenager I struggled with a body dysmorphic disorder. I was at the gym twice a day minimally. I spent two hours per visit and ate very little. Going back to the perfectionist statement, this co-relates. I saw minor flaws on myself that nobody but me could see. It was a daily struggle to try to make “me” perfect. This disorder stems when people look to the outside for validation of who they are inside. I had no control over the world outside of me so I pursued behavior that I could control. It was not until I was able to gain control over myself and my mind that I could control these behaviors.
I love helping people and am committed to continuing education.
My education never stopped after University. Since being in the helping field I have continued and will continue to take courses to ensure, the practices I use with my clients are the most up-to-date and reliable.
I love seeing a spark in people, a transformation and an all-out glow because of their accomplishments. I share with you my knowledge to get you what you want. You do the work yourself. I do not baby my clients in this journey. If that is what you are looking for I am not your person. If you are ready to transform your mind to obtain the things you want in life we need to talk.
